SFZero Chunli Model

I really intended it to be a Thirdstrike look because for me it's the best Chun-Li version ever (even exceeded the beauty of the latest version) but I'm still trying to figure out the proper way to animate her skirt so this should do for the moment. After all I like the SFZero costume better.
